Where can I find a RUS/ENG translator for my email? What are general rates?Do you recommend someone?

I have met a great girl online. She speaks good English, but for the deep, emotional questions, she will need a translator to communicate. Do you recommend someone? Is the letter based upon character length?

Tanya is a Russian woman who married an American man and now lives in Florida. The current rate on her site is $0.02-$0.03 per word (almost every word processor has a word count feature). She is very professional and prompt, and always seems to have good turn-around time. And she takes payment for services via credit card on her site.

I've used her services many times before and actually received many compliments from the women I was writing about the quality of the translation.

She also offers phone (and I'm sure Skype) translation. I've never used those services, but they appear reasonably priced and I'm sure the quality is just as good as written.
